Having had responsibility for recruitment in multiple industries and organisations for almost 20 years, I can offer clients my experience from both sides of the interview table.
I have created the role documents, short listed, created assessment centres and conducted hundreds of interviews for roles ranging from Directors, Call Centre Advisors, Kitchen Porter, Line Managers to HGV drivers. I thrive on enabling others develop, progress and strengthen their presentation to prospective employers, ultimately achieving their version of success.
