It can be challenging and very stressful working out which jobs to apply for, how best to go about it and knowing when you are "gushing" too much or even sounding a touch arrogant. You simply want to demonstrate your skills, abilities and potential in the best light.

Having had responsibility for recruitment in multiple industries and organisations for almost 20 years, I can offer clients my experience from both sides of the interview table.

I have created the role documents, short listed, created assessment centres and conducted hundreds of interviews for roles ranging from Directors, Call Centre Advisors, Kitchen Porter, Line Managers to HGV drivers.  I thrive on enabling others develop, progress and strengthen their presentation to prospective employers, ultimately achieving their version of success.

Key elements of this service are building confidence, self esteem, resilience, pride and assertiveness whilst encouraging the identification of the clients hidden strengths and finding creative, industry appropriate ways to display these qualities to prospective employers.
